Ozone Chabre Open 2025
Programme of events, Task Reports (blog).
Another comp is over. The 18th Ozone Chabre Open finished; flying 7 days out of 7, with 3 tasks scored: Last year we said we'd booked better weather and is did pan out. Very hot days with thunderstorms were significant, but I think it was one of the best weeks for a long time.
Prizes again courtesy of Ozone and Cross Country Magazine. All of the winners get an Ozone rucksack full of goodies including wash bag, T shirt, Wallet, Beany hat/basebal cap, glossy flying book and more.
After the meal, the prize draw: More prizes. This year's glider winner was Alasdair Howarth, a very happy man.
Last year's dance party mix worked, so we did it again. We danced our socks off.
Ozone Glider Winner
Alasdair Howarth.
